Akhilesh Tiwari

As the Business Group Head of Communications, Media and Information Services (CMI) at TCS, Akhilesh helps TCS customers create rapid value from their technology investments and realize their strategic vision. He oversees the strategy and growth of the TCS’s CMI business partnering with our clients so that they can leverage the next wave of technology change to promote their strategic objectives. With over 25 years of international and multi-faceted leadership experience, Akhilesh focuses on identifying strategic opportunities to build and grow TCS business and drive key strategic initiatives. He has served as a business advisor and innovation enabler for some of the world’s renowned companies. Under his leadership, TCS has received several partner awards and leadership rankings from leading industry analysts. Akhilesh has an Executive Master’s in Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Master’s in Materials Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
