TCS Xplore is a post offer learning and engagement program, which includes 120 hrs of progressive induction curriculum, webinars, hackathons, assessments and various engagements focused on inducting TCS offered candidates to the TCS values and culture

AsCEnD: To ace your Digital skills, get certified and flaunt your competencies
Hackathons: A fantastic platform to test your skill and showcase your prowess in Digital Technologies
Digital Connect Series: Get insights from leaders on the Organization’s strategy for growth, current industry challenges and expectations from the customers
Business Unit Connect: Business inclusive learning experience through quizzes, hackathons, Leader Connects etc.
Internships: Opportunity to learn and grow at one of the leading IT companies in the world

Xplore is a 120-hour progressive induction curriculum designed to enable a friction less, robust hands-on driven learning experiences The curriculum is structured to have module and course-end assessments to self-assess their learning. The curriculum provides five benefits which includes AsCEnD certificates that helps to update your digital competencies with certified courses, regular Hackathons for coding challenges are provided to all the candidates to prove their technical skills and showcase their talent, digital/business connects to get insights on TCS strategic growth and transformation from our leaders and internships to learn and grow at one of the leading IT companies in the world.
