New employees will undergo a comprehensive 2-month Initial Learning Program (ILP) designed to equip them with essential business skills, hands-on technology training, software or application development, and soft skills.
Throughout the ILP, participants will receive in-depth training in practical technology applications, ensuring they are well-versed in the tools and systems.
In addition to technical training, the program places a strong emphasis on the development of essential soft skills. These skills, which include effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability, are vital for fostering a collaborative work environment and enhancing overall workplace productivity.
We create learning ecosystem for everyone to learn anytime, anywhere using any device. Our associates have access to various platforms, including self-paced learning, virtual boot camps, expert connect, mentoring, hackathons, and game-based learning.
By incorporating these varied educational approaches, we cultivate a dynamic and adaptable learning ecosystem that not only facilitates knowledge enhancement but also promotes personal and professional advancement.
The TCS Elevate program offers a transparent talent framework based on merit, connecting learning, career growth, and rewards for junior talent. It evaluates performance through assessments and challenges, granting rewards for each milestone reached.
