AI have been a member of this organization since 2015, when I began as an intern. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience and acquired new skills by seizing the professional opportunities provided by my superiors.
I am a psychologist who has a passion for reading, particularly in the fields of philosophy and psychoanalysis. In my free time, I enjoy dancing, practicing yoga, and immersing myself in a good book. I also have a deep appreciation for nature and love going trekking.
My journey at TCS commenced with my internship at TCS Ecuador. Known affectionately as Mauri within the company, I joined the Talent Management team where I quickly established strong relationships with my colleagues, clients, and the organizational culture. Reflecting on my experience, I believe that the most rewarding aspect was the opportunity to engage with others and gain a fresh perspective on Human Resources. It was truly a fulfilling experience.
Over the years, I have had the pleasure of meeting numerous talented people, but one person who stands out in my memory is my manager in Talent Acquisition Group. His encouragement to take on more professional challenges left a lasting impact on me: "I had never seen so much dedication in one person, and for that I am eternally grateful."
I have had the opportunity to travel extensively throughout Latin America, and my time in Argentina holds a special place in my heart. Not only did it allow me to expand my professional horizons in a new country, but it also fulfilled my long-standing desire to live there. This initial experience sparked my curiosity about other TCS offices, leading me to Uruguay and Brazil. "It was a lot of work, as I had to support the Uruguay team while continuing my regional responsibilities, but it provided me with invaluable insights into the challenges faced in different countries.”
Currently, I am in Mexico, overseeing the Diversity and Inclusion department for the region. "To me, diversity signifies strength and opportunity. At TCS, we uphold and honor all groups and foster educational environments on DEI, which fills me with immense pride for the organization."
