RECRUITMENT PROCESS
STAGE 1: Find your next job at TCS Poland
We offer a consulting-led, integrated portfolio of IT, BPO, infrastructure, engineering, and assurance services. First, find a job opportunity in your field of interest and submit your application.

STAGE 2 : We will contact you
First our HR team would like to know you and introduce our company, TCS for you. In this case you will be asked some initial questions, like your ability to work, what motivates you, when you are able to start to work. Then technical Interview is conducted to learn more about your skills, previous experience and general knowledge that can be useful for the position you are applying for.
STAGE 3: Managerial Interview
This meeting is usually conducted by the Manager who would like to learn more about your personality and how you would feel at TCS. In case you are required to work with some other language, one of our specialists will contact you to talk for a while and check if it is at a required level.
STAGE 4: Final offer
After a positive interview experience, you will be contacted by our HR to finalize the offer. Again, you will have time to ask our HR Team about your questions regarding your upcoming employment.
