Over the past one year in TCS’ Strategic Leadership Program, my career growth has been extraordinary. Starting as a fresher, I have worked with the largest bank and progressed to the CEO office. The Strategic Leadership Program (SLP) has consistently recognized and rewarded my efforts, offering opportunities to explore and excel.

My journey began in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance(BFSI) vertical, where I learned the TCS way of consulting, with a strong emphasis on customer centricity. This approach not only sets TCS apart but also enhances stakeholder management and helps in building long-lasting relationships. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) office experience has been invaluable, allowing me to collaborate with account leaders from diverse sectors and geographies. Together, we have tackled client’s challenges and devised innovative solutions.

The key highlight of the program in my opinion is the focus on grooming individuals for leadership roles, ensuring we take full ownership of our tasks. Throughout my tenure, I have benefited from continuous guidance, training, and mentorship from the team.

To summarize, the SLP Program has been instrumental in my corporate journey, providing a supportive culture and abundant opportunities for growth. I am grateful to be part of such an enriching experience.
