I am a Person with Disability, and it was most important for me to find a company where I could feel myself comfortable. The inclusive culture here has made me feel valued from day one. It’s a workplace where diversity is embraced, and everyone’s contributions are recognized.

I joined TCS in November of 2019 as a BPO Assistant. After a year I got an opportunity to work as a Trainee. I have expanded my skills and gained insights that go beyond my role. Today, I’m a Tech Recruiter with TCS HR.

In this role, every day is a chance to grow and make a meaningful contribution. It’s also a privilege to connect and provide opportunities to PwD (People with Disabilities) candidates.
