In May 2019, when I joined TCS as a Service Delivery Manager, I was managing a new challenging project of a large beverages company. This task enabled me to prove myself as I could leverage my experience and potential to help the project grow and stabilize in a few months.

This role was exciting as it offered me exposure in delivery, transitioning, and operations, where I could interact with various people from diverse geographies across different lines of projects.

I got the opportunity to participate in town halls with different clients. Service Desk Delivery is my strength, and I’m delighted to be part of TCS, as it has given me learning opportunities with experts and professionals.

The vast TCS internal opportunities provide various learning avenues, both online and instructor-led, that accelerates growth.

Also, I could enhance my competency and confidence when I worked closely with TCS leadership team, center heads, and country heads.
