My initial months in the Strategic Leadership Program at TCS were a very enriching experience, especially due to the face-to-face interactions we had with the company’s top management during our Bootcamp. Over the past year, I had the opportunity to work with our domain partners, who are themselves industry experts with extensive experience at TCS. These interactions helped us refine our thought processes while developing a PoV or a pitch for presenting to clients. Additionally, the SLP Cohort working with us are highly talented individuals with similar MBA backgrounds, which will enhance our collaboration in building solutions for business problems.

The Strategic Leadership Program at TCS is uniquely positioned due to exposure we receive through direct client facing engagements and the continuous focus on leadership development preparing us to take on bigger roles in the future. This program is also well recognized across TCS, with senior teams from other geographies aware of it and willing to invest their time and effort to listen and discuss the potential ideas and opportunities we present.. This is a significant boost for me in analyzing market trends and exploring new opportunities for TCS to venture into.
