Leonardo Miranda

I joined TCS in Mumbai, India back in 2006. It was an amazing experience to be a part of the company and witness how TCS's values are implemented in day-to-day life. I had the opportunity to work with corporate team and think of solutions that could be implemented globally across all TCS geographies. Personally, it was a dream come true to live in India for two years, as I was also seeking spiritual fulfillment at that time.

After that, I got the chance to work in California, USA, where I spent two years working on a large, global client engagement project. In this project, there were people from different nationalities, and I experienced the TCS Global Network Delivery Model on a large scale platform.

After four years abroad, I decided to come back to Brazil. It has been 13 years since I have been working in TCS LATAM across multiple industries, clients, and technologies.

I would like to express my gratitude to all my leaders, seniors, peers, clients, partners, and teams I have worked with throughout my career. It was an honor and a privilege to work with all of them.

Throughout my journey, I have worked in various roles, from tecno-functional to Delivery Management to Business Development. Currently, I am working as a Business Relationship Manager for one of the business unit in TCS LATAM.

For new joiners, I would advise to seek new opportunities to learn and add value to your career where growth will come naturally.
