I consider myself fortunate to have been able to join the Strategic Leadership Program in 2021. In my two years, I have had incredible opportunities to upskill and grow through participation in a variety of challenging roles for global clients. The program also allowed me to develop as a career professional by participating in relevant, world-class training programs which have helped evolve my propensities towards leadership and business.

In my experience, TCS as an organization has also come through as a champion in women empowerment, as I was nominated into functional leadership positions in multiple client engagements across different geographies. This, combined with the recognition I have received for all the work that I have been a part of has made my association with the SLP unexpectedly but rewardingly fruitful.
