My experience in the Strategic Leadership Program (SLP) program has been truly enlightening. Over the past year, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams on a variety of assignments, gaining valuable insights into diverse industries and technologies. The ownership and responsibility entrusted to me from the very beginning, particularly in sales and pre-sales efforts, have been instrumental in shaping my professional journey.

In my current role, I primarily work on RFPs for managed service deals, emphasizing value management, and provide strategic insights to clients. In addition to on-the-job exposure, the program offers access to elite training opportunities, enabling continuous upskilling and personal growth. From a cultural standpoint, TCS stands out as one of the best organizations to work for, fostering an environment of learning and collaboration.
