About me:
1. Hi, I'm Marcela Manera. I'm thrilled to talk about my journey with TCS, which started in 2007. TCS really helps people grow and provide opportunities to succeed in our fast-changing world.
The Early Days: A Multilingual Service Desk Agent
I started my career at TCS as a Multilingual Service Desk Agent. This position helped me explore customer support, teaching me how to deliver great service to our clients. The first five years were crucial for my development into the professional I aimed to be.
Embracing New Responsibilities: My Learning journey
Thanks to my leaders' support and encouragement, I began to take on more responsibilities, like managing the knowledge base and handling quality tasks. This experience pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me improve my skills in the customer support area. It allowed me to realize my potential and achieve significant growth at TCS.
Transition to Level 2: Application Support Team
The next step was transitioning to Level 2 and embarking on a new adventure within the Application Support Team. Every phase of transition has its own challenges but the guidance of my mentors and leaders and the unwavering support of my colleagues has made a profound impact on my professional journey. Together, we worked as a team to overcome obstacles and reach our goals.
Continuous Learning and Growth
I am currently part of the Level 2 Support team, and I appreciate the opportunities TCS has given me. Emphasis on learning and development motivated me to pursue training courses, earn external certifications, and participate in different activities that enhanced my skills and knowledge. Having access to various learning platforms, a wealth of information, and a clear growth path has been key to my progress.
Contribution to Team: SPOC and Multicultural Harmony
Along with my roles and responsibilities, I had the chance to work with my team as the single point of contact for different tasks. From begining, I loved being in a wonderful multicultural team, where different ideas and skills unite to reach great goals. I take pride not only in my work but also in what we accomplish together at TCS.
Last but not least: A Grateful Journey of Growth
My journey at TCS has been an incredible odyssey of personal and professional growth. From my early days as a Multilingual Service Desk Agent to my current role in Level 2 Support, I've learned, adapted, and thrived. TCS's unwavering support, commitment to learning, and the opportunity to work alongside a multicultural team have been instrumental in my professional and personal growth.
I am looking forward to the next chapter of my incredible journey in TCS and excited about the limitless possibilities and embracing new challenges in future.
