Enterprise Finance wants to be the financial women of our clients. The assets of the clients are used as collateral and as an asset you can think of equipment, inventory and invoices. We are supporting clients in accelerating the sustainability shift. There is just one bump with their funding ABN. Monroe Asset Based Finance requires businesses to drive sustainable value and innovative solutions. For that, they have to be one step ahead of their client. Bankers by nature are risk averse and they're risk averse. Culture and organization that they create doesn't really nourish innovation. So we needed a partner that could help us bring in the knowledge and skills and the assets that would help build the foundation which innovation can flourish.That's why ABN Amro partnered with TCS. Our journey with ABN Amro commercial finance and leasing has been a two step approach. Firstly, we focused on realizing their aspirations of being a digital business, which is very important to free up the resources and more importantly is the foundation of the innovation. Secondly, we focused on inculcating the culture of being innovation as the primary motive of operations between ABN, Amro, ABF and TCS, we developed together with TCS a new factory. Platform which helped us to get more efficient, to harmonize our processes, to standardize our products and in the end we ready to move to the cloud. First we introduced the innovation architectural frameworks to embed the seed of innovation within the organization. This helped employees engage, harness their creative spirit and promote innovation through idea thorns, hackathons and meetups. So next we connected AB and release and commercial finance to TCS Co-Innovation network, which is an ecosystem of startups innovation. Perhaps an academic alliances who are at the top of research and innovation globally. We also connected them with Slush in Finland and TEDx Amsterdam. We also introduced an inspired the cross industry innovation and also helped in contextualizing to solve AB and Amro needs. So TCS brought us a different mindset. They brought us skills and knowledge. They opened a whole new world of ways of working and possibilities to us. And our marketing and products teams have already adopted some of those ways of working in the way they develop. Products and services. We have a new proposition in the market for a small, medium enterprises and we call that in Dutch Snowbird out and that offers small and medium enterprises in one minute and offer for an invoice they want to finance. And we wanted to be able to test changes to their product before we bring them to market. And therefore we implemented the digital twin technology of TCS which allows us to create a closed environment which we can adjust small things and then see. That will play out when we bring it live, so we are really keen to continue on this journey together with TCS and create more opportunities and scale up our partnership and leverage far more of possibilities we have, especially with the new newly fine hub pace sport here in Amsterdam. I have adopted many great ideas from these years over the past years and I will continue to do so for many years to come.
