we have 70 million dollars in assets, an operating income close to 8 billion dollars and a leading distibution network
in the countries were we have presence. Nearly 6000 ATMs,1,100 Branches, 15,000 bank correspondents and ofcourse,
an offer through different electonic channels.I would basically like to highlight two major challenges that we
have at Grupo Bancolombia. The first : our clients are increasingly demanding, better informed, and expecting much more
from the organizations like ours.And secound challenge is focus on talent.We ahve increasingly trained, more specialized 
talent, so through robotics, what we seek precisely is to develop a new virtual workforce.A workforce were we combine
human capabilites, cognitive, robotic and analytical, to better serve our customers and of course to free our teams from
manual and repetitive labor that can be supported by technology.Machine First Delivery Model (MFDM™) from TCS fits
perfectly into our strategy.We are talking about a strategy supported by an intelligent operation, where we have the
best talent,the best technological and analytical capabilites, thus achieving a scalable, sustainable and efficient
operation.Ofcourse we have seen extraordinary benefits, both qualitatively and quantitatively.From the qualitative
point of view, we have freed our team manual and repetative tasks,creating a better work environment and of course,
guaranteeing a team that is increasingly productive and more aligned with our purpose and startegy. From a quantitattive
point of view, the benefits are in hundereds of millions off dollars.We have generated approximately 250 million dollars in expense
reduction during the period of 2019 and we have achieved a return on investment of a ratio of 1:13, which means
that for every dollar invested we have generated a return of 13 for our organization.TCS has been a strategic ally of Grupo Bancolombia
in this process, generating an important knowledge transfer,supporting us in difficult situations where we have always had the
