The Co-op group was founded in 1844 and it is an organization that exists to serve its members. Equality is extremely important. Education is extremely important and also giving back to communities as part of the way of working, so it's an. Organization with a deep culture of social purpose and I'm very, very proud that our colleagues represent this and everything that they do. 

It's incredibly important to have a partner who's got both the depth of experienced and the skills readily available and an organisation, size and scale of TCS. We're able to pull on their expertise and also their experiences in other sectors when the same sector as ours to add value. 

Co-op relationship is really special for TCS. Besides sharing the same value, core values of the organization which is to give back to the society, we also execute jointly multiple large transformation program which helps define the future of the industry. 

I think one of the other things that points to that strategic partnership is where you have a shared problem and you gotta look at how you're going to resolve it. So a good example for us was in boarding some of our franchisees where the on boarding time is longer than we would like. And so we sat down and spent time collectively working on the outcome we wanted to achieve and we're able to deliver a 20 to 30%. Reduction in the time it takes to actually on board one of our franchisees, which was a. Great. Result. 

I've seen how our teams have worked so well together in order to increase our scale, how they worked with us in order to build some of our critical platforms within the organization and particularly our retail platform, which is our biggest business and absolutely critical. To our ongoing business and to our growth. We have worked together to empower youth through the go IT program, where TCS has worked with our Academy students in year nine to help them choose their the right GCSE's for them and through its various initiatives TCS has impacted over 6400 students and over 300 of those have been part of our Co-op academies. 

We've had the privilege of awarding TCS an award around D and I actually from the cult itself because we recognise the work that they've done in that space and we share an awful lot of common ground. On that topic, but. There are a number of awards that we as a kind of technology team have collectively worked towards and some of our outcomes. So we recently actually won technology team of the year as. A silver Stevie award. And we're all incredibly pleased as a joint partnership to receive that award. 

Co-op is taking a journey which is very well poised. It's a uniquely positioned as a convenience retailer. Our job is to get best of TCS for Co-op so that we can fulfill the dreams together.
