The culture will be the result of wherever your attention is as a leader. And of course that has to do with adaptability too.

Part of been athlete is sometimes, yeah, we can win and we keep going, but there's moments that things change, sudden change

So you have to be willing to move and change and willing to adapt.

For me, the beauty was coming together. I think all of us coming
together, whether it was for relationship, content, experience, learning.
I sincerely feel that we did this summit together. 

In every interaction we had, whether it was the reception, yesterday's dinner. We are very thrilled with the warmth and the trust that most of you have in TCS, which is which is very gratifying to see.
