Look, I think AI is going to have important impacts on our information environment. I think it'll change the behaviors that we see, sort of making some of the behaviors that we're already quite familiar with just that much more effective and efficient. But it'll also give us some new behaviors. And that's really what the big change has been, right? I can go online and I have access to ChatGPT or I have Google Bard and I can ask you questions. They can give me some amazing answers. How do we get them ready to use it at scale? How do we help our engineers be more successful leveraging that technology? Usual intelligence has been a theme that USAA has been focused on for many, many years now. We are doing quite a number of pilots on Gen. AI and USAA and then the opportunity that they're going to unleash. I'm very excited about looking at today's technologies, understanding their limitations and figuring out how to address the limitation. And some of the limitations are technical, some of the limitations are societal. I think this technology has the ability to really transform our business in in really positive ways.
