I'm Nick Bray, CFO of Travelport, and I'm here to talk about the fundamental transformation of our billing incentive systems at Travelport over the last three years. But before we do, first a little bit of context of why we've done that and I'll cover our vision and also the disruptive change that we're actually seeing in the industry and why it was so essential to change. So firstly, the vision of Travelport. So we're here to power the travel market and make sure we can provide all the content so with the buyers of travel and the sellers of travel in the right place and make it really efficient and effective and easy to get to. So that's the vision. But the disruptive change that we're seeing is for decades the travel distribution industry has really operated with the same content, delivered under the same technology and really under the same commercial model.And what we're now seeing, we're seeing that change, We're seeing a multi, multi content source strategy, we're seeing multiple commercial models and particularly different technologies of delivering that content, which is actually just making the industry more complex than it ever was. We worked really hard as a collective team and that's the collective team of Travelport with TCS, the trusted partner at the core of the group to make the system changes. And I'm delighted that they've now gone live actually in Travelport and we're all delighted with the results. My name is Sean Pace and I am VP finance at Travelport. We went through a process three years ago with, you know, looking at how, how the industry was changing, but it's, you know, fast moving industry. So we looked out there and, and we chose our partner TCS because they have experience of modern billing systems and we decided at the time we wanted to move to best practice. So with that as the backdrop, we went to TCS and TCS helped us evaluate the various different best practice systems out there and reach a conclusion on which system we went forward with, which was SAP Billing for in the travel industry is is complicated and that's where we were looking really for somebody that was not only experienced in SAP but could really take the system to its limits if you like. So that's what we've enjoyed with the relationship that we've had with TCS. They brought on some really skilled individuals both onshore and offshore that have allowed, that's allowed us to to really, you know, get the best from that SAP solution and and utilize all of its capabilities. Hi, I'm Heather Milam, I am the vice president of technology with Travelport. We needed a diverse tool set and expertise. We knew this going in and we were looking for an expert to come to the table and bring that industry knowledge and help us bring that SAP expertise that we lacked internally and we knew billing, we knew what we need. We know our business, but we didn't know SAP and we were looking for somebody that's going to give us that expertise to help us move the platform for where we wanted. We were looking for a reliable, secure, maintainable, flexible platform that gave us the agility to move quickly and meet our business needs of our product, but also meet our business goals. And we picked SAP Brim with a digital root and AWS is our foundation. So we just launched the foundational platform as well as our first three countries and our next strategy is to roll it out within all of our additional countries within the agency line of business. And then we're going to look at how we can capitalize that on our other lines of business so we can do an enterprise roll out.Overall, we tapped into the best expertise and great minds within TCS to help us implement the best product possible. The transformation of travel ports, billing and incentive management system is a testament to the power of adaptability and forward thinking. By embracing change and investing in cutting edge solutions, we have turned a complex challenge into a strategic advantage, proving once again that in the world of travel, change is indeed for the brave.
