Qiagen is a leader of providing sampled insight solutions to over 500,000 customers worldwide. My job is to provide best 
class IT services. We provide those services to 35 different countries across the world and the 4700 Qiagen employees who are. 
Relied upon my IT services. At the same time, it's my job to ensure that the assets in the services that we deliver to Qiagen 
are secure from external and internal threats. Qiagen is expanding rapidly across the globe. Part of that expansion is through 
mergers and acquisitions and having an external partner like TCS with a global footprint. We are able to integrate and merge 
other organizations seamlessly into our organization without having to put somebody on site, but being able to leverage the on 
site personnel and the on site resources that TCS provides. In those countries, one of the key drivers behind ensuring best of 
class IT services is bringing the IT services closer to the customer and enabling the customer the chance to control their own 
IT services. And through that, together with TCS, we have been able to automate and digitalize numerous processes. It's a matter
of fact, within the Qiagen and TCS relationship, we had an innovation incubator where we received over 150 innovation ideas and 
optimization ideas from TCS colleagues. Based across the globe, how we could bring innovation and how we could optimize the IT 
services that we deliver. Because we were so satisfied with the IT services from TCS, we decided to leverage TCS's Security 
Operations Center, which helps us ensure that our assets are secure from internal and external threats by providing a 24 hour 
day, seven day a week security operation. Centers based in an offshore location in India.Qiagen is a long term strategic partnership 
with TCS as a matter of fact. We were in the process of our extending our contract for another five years. In addition to IT 
services, we are starting to see TCS provide more and more non IT services throughout organizational cross functional IT services. 
They're helping out in areas including human resources, finance, legal and research and development. So we see a long term large 
partnership with TCS in the near future. Looking back at the last three years, working with TCS has been an amazing journey. 
I have met great people. We have done accomplished a lot. We have really brought value to the business and we have become a 
game changer within the organization of which I work. We are now seen as one Qiagen corporate IT organization. There is no 
longer a different or distinguishment between Qiagen and TCS. We are seen as one Qiagen IT Who does deliver value to the business.
