Regu Ayyaswamy is a visionary leader, guiding companies as they transform into connected digital enterprises, poised for growth in the AI era. He collaborates with global business leaders to unlock new opportunities and revenue models by harnessing the combined power of IoT, Digital Engineering, and AI/Gen AI. Arun is the Industry Solution Unit Head, Leading Travel, Transportation and Hospitality unit for Tata Consultancy Services in Europe. In a career spanning 25 years, Arun has extensive experience establishing strategic partnerships and in creating significant business value for customers in Travel, Transportation and Hospitality industry. He Joined TCS in 1995 and performed various Technical and Functional roles for Banking, Insurance, Telecom, HiTech and Utility customers in APAC, US and Europe. Arun holds an Engineering degree with specialisation in Computer Science.
Jay Ghosh
VP & Global Head Enterprise Solutions Manufacturing
Jay heads the Enterprise Applications & Solutions business for global Manufacturing Clients at TCS, driving Digital Transformations and Innovation at scale. Prior to this, Jay spearheaded the Tata Group’s global transformation initiative One Tata Operating Network (OTON) focused on enhancing efficiency, synergy, simplification, and scalability across group companies. Having worked extensively with clients across the U.S., U.K., India, Middle East, Africa, LATAM, and APAC, Jay brings deep global experience in consulting, transforming, and managing Enterprise Platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. This multicultural exposure has shaped a customer-centric leadership style, marked by high-energy team building and a relentless focus on delivering measurable business value through mutually beneficial outcomes. With over 29 years of diverse experience spanning both core industry and the IT sector, Jay brings a unique blend of strategic insight and operational expertise. Holding a Bachelor of Engineering and an MBA (Gold Medalist), Jay has consistently delivered value across consulting, solutioning, delivery, and client relationship management roles.
Rammohan Gourneni
Directeur Général - Country Head - France
Rammohan Gourneni is associated with TCS since 2004 and joined TCS France as the Country Manager in 2014. Ram heads the TCS France Management, Strategy and Operations, and is credited with the building TCS growth in France and has piloted the merger of all the French entities after the acquisition of Alti, thus constituting a group of nearly 1,600 strong workforce in France. Furthermore, Ram has rearchitected services portfolio and fostered a culture of customer centricity, and reputation for high service quality with innovation mindset. Owing to all his efforts, TCS France has registered double digit growth in last 5 years and is ready for accelerated growth in the market. Prior to the current role, Ram has played several management roles in TCS, mainly in the European region, including Hi-tech Cluster Head with the responsibility of the growth of Hi-tech business within Netherlands. During this period, he has successfully led many large and challenging engagements for customers and has built several strategic customer relationships. Prior to joining TCS, Ram had been an entrepreneur seeding and growing startup company in the IT services sector. Ram is a graduate of computer engineering and holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Fairfield University IOWA, USA.
Naresh Mehta
Global Chief Technology Officer - Manufacturing, TCS
Naresh has close to 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Naresh is responsible for defining an end-to-end transformation strategy, operating model, and Digital Solutions across subjects like AI, GenAI, CX, Design Thinking & UX, Cloud, Microservices & Application, Data & Analytics, Automation, IoT, Emerging Tech lines which includes Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Quantum Computing etc.
Subhash Sakorikar
Global Head, Industry Excellence Group, Mfg, TCS
Subhash heads Industry Excellence function for Manufacturing Business Group at TCS. Subhash oversees global business and technology transformation programs across the value chain of manufacturing business domains such as – new product Introductions, supply chain, manufacturing operations, and customer experience management. Over the last decade he has heavily focused on digital transformation and evolving new business models for its clients and technology driven transformation. At TCS, he has advised many leading clients in manufacturing and has contributed to various thought leadership journals, published a number of white papers on digital transformation. With over 30 years with TATA group companies, prior to TCS he has played various leadership roles at automotive business and as National Product Manager for Excavators & Backhoe Loaders managing new product launches. He has been deeply involved in product management, marketing, dealer selection and development, Sales and Service force development. Subhash is Graduate in Production Engineering, holds Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and Marketing Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and an advanced diploma Indo-German Production engineering. He is trained at Leadership Development program at Harvard Business School and serves on advisory council of George Washington University. He lives in Troy, MI with his wife and two daughters.
