Mayuri Duggirala

Mayuri Duggirala is a senior scientist working with the Behavioral Business and Social Sciences Research team at TCS’ Research and Innovation unit. Her research focuses on organizational well-being and its outcomes, behavioral health, patient adherence, and satisfaction.

She has been focused on analyzing the role of technology-driven behavioral assessments and evidence-driven interventions for improving well-being. Her earlier work focused on usability, technology adoption, analytics in education and service quality.

Mayuri holds a PhD in Management Studies from IIT Madras with past academic qualifications in industrial and organizational psychology and management. Her research interests lie in exploring problems in behavioral science using multidisciplinary approaches such as field studies and experiments, modeling and simulation, serious games, and behavioral design, among others, in IT, healthcare, and education services.
