Muniza Aftab

Dr Muniza is the Industry Partner for Human Capital Management (HCM) in TCS' Communications, Media and Information (CMI) unit. She is a seasoned HR professional with over 16 years of experience in HR consulting and talent management. She has led various advisory engagements, offering strategic insights on HCM trends. In her current role, she leads strategic HR initiatives across TCS' HCM product portfolio and drives the adoption of innovative technologies to optimize workforce management and development. Dr Muniza holds a PhD in HR and her areas of expertise and interest are in AI, talent supply chain and strategic workforce planning (SWP).
