The TCS Global Cloud Study reveals that hospitality organizations are making solid progress toward cloud-enabled innovation and remain committed to cloud.

Modern artificial intelligence (AI) technologies offer an unprecedented opportunity for the hospitality industry to improve the guest experience through more meaningful interactions, and to reshape the business across the entire value chain. And most hospitality companies are already invested in AI and machine learning (ML) technologies.

TCS’ Thought Leadership Institute conducted this study of approximately 1,000 senior executives in multiple sectors across Asia, Europe, North America, and the United Kingdom, more than half with revenue over $5 billion. The 972 C-suite and IT senior executives and decision makers included 45 senior leaders in the hospitality sector.
