Natarajan Chandrasekaran is Chairman of the Board of Tata Sons, the holding company and promoter of more than 100 Tata operating companies with aggregate annual revenues of more than US $100 billion. He joined the Board of Tata Sons in October 2016 and was appointed Chairman in January 2017. Chandra also chairs the Boards of several group operating companies, including Tata Steel, Tata Motors, Tata Power, and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) – of which he was Chief Executive Officer from 2009-17. The Tata group companies include 29 publicly-listed corporations with a combined market capitalization that exceeded US $120 billion at the start of 2017. His appointment as Chairman followed a 30-year business career at TCS, which he joined from university. Chandra rose through the ranks at TCS to become CEO and Managing Director of the leading global IT solution and consulting firm. Under his leadership, TCS generated total revenues of US $16.5 billion in 2015-16 and consolidated its position as the largest private sector employer in India and the country’s most valuable company. TCS has also been placed among the “Big 4” most valuable IT services brands worldwide, ranked as one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Forbes and recognized as a Global Top Employer by the Top Employers Institute across 24 countries. Chandra embedded a culture of customer-focus and innovation at TCS. In addition to his professional career at Tata, Chandra was also appointed as a Director on the Board of India’s central bank, the Reserve Bank of India, in 2016. He has also served as the Chairperson of the Information and Communication Technology Industry Governors at the World Economic Forum, Davos in 2015-16. Chandra is an active member of India’s bilateral business forums including USA, UK, Australia and Japan. He served as the chairman of NASSCOM, the apex trade body for IT services firms in India in 2012-13. His business leadership has been recognized by several corporate and community organizations, and he has received numerous awards. Business Leader of the Year at the ET Awards for Corporate Excellence 2016; CNBC TV 18 - ‘Indian Business Icon', 2014; CNN-IBN Indian of the Year 2014 (business category); Best CEO for 2013 and 2014 by Business Today; and, Best CEO 2010-15 Institutional Investor’s Annual All-Asia Executive Team rankings. Chandra has been awarded several honorary doctorates by leading universities in India and internationally. He attended the Regional Engineering College, Trichy, Tamil Nadu, where he completed a Masters degree in Computer Applications before joining TCS in 1987. Chandra is an avid photographer, and a passionate long-distance marathon runner. Born in 1963, Chandra lives in Mumbai, with his wife Lalitha. They have a son, Pranav, who is currently pursuing undergraduate studies.

Ms Aarthi Subramanian is the Group Chief Digital Officer at Tata Sons Limited reporting to the Group Executive Chairman. A professional with over 28 years of experience in the global technology sector, Ms Subramanian started her career with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and worked in diverse roles in India, Sweden, the US and Canada, thereby gaining rich experience in consulting engagements and management of large-scale technology programs as well as operations. Aarthi was responsible for driving excellence in service delivery, governance of key programs & initiatives as well as enterprise-wide compliance. Prior to this role, Ms. Subramanian was the head of Delivery for seven years with the TCS Retail & CPG Business unit, where she was responsible for several strategic accounts and major clients. She led the team to achieve excellence in customer service through relentless customer focus, rigor in service delivery, and proactive value addition focus.. Ms. Subramanian started her career as a graduate trainee in TCS in 1989 and she went on to become an analyst, project manager and then moved from Account Management roles to a Senior Executive role in TCS. She holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from National Institute of Technology, Warangal (India) and a Masters degree in Engineering Management from University of Kansas (USA). Her hobbies include listening to music, watching movies and reading management related books. Ms. Subramanian is also a fitness enthusiast.

He began his teaching career at Carnegie Mellon in 1986 and was elected as the University Professor in 2008, the highest distinction a faculty member could achieve. His research interests encompass the areas of internet-enabled collaborative design, collaborating autonomous systems, agent-based architectures for distributed design and embedded control, software composition and reconfigurable software for real-time embedded systems, reconfigurable and distributed robotic systems, integrated design-assembly planning systems and distributed information systems. He has received several awards and recognitions, including the George Westinghouse Award for Education, elected membership of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, National Academy of Engineering (NAE) and the American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), the American Association for Advancement of Science (AAAS), the American Association of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI) and the Indian Academy of Engineering. He serves on advisory boards for several non-profit and government organizations, venture capital firms, and high-tech start-up companies. He has served as a member of Strategy Review Board for the Ministry of Science and Technology, Taiwan; the Council of Deans of the Aeronautics Advisory Committee, NASA; the National Research Council Board on Manufacturing and Engineering Design; the Pennsylvania Treasury Advisory Board; and the Senior Advisory Group for the DARPA Program on Joint Unmanned Combat Air Systems. He received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology - Kharagpur in 1980, and his MS and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and computer engineering in 1984 and 1986 at Carnegie Mellon. In 2014, he received an honorary doctorate of science from the Indian Institute of Technology - Kharagpur.

Moller - Maersk A/S Group in Denmark, a conglomerate comprising of 8 main companies, primarily specializing in the energy and transportation segment. Among other noteable designations: From 2014-2016 as the CEO of Damco, the Hague, Netherlands, a Supply Chain Management company specializing in retail, lifestyle, FMCG, technology and chemicals; From 2012-13 as the CEO of Maersk Tankers, Copenhagen, the world’s largest product tanker company; From 2008-12 as the Senior VP and Chief Commercial Officer of Maersk Line, Copenhagen, the world’s largest container shipping company; Ms. Sorensen is presently on the Board of Directors and Committees thereof of various International Companies.

Mr. Keki M. Mistry, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the Mumbai University and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In 1975, he began his career with AF Ferguson & Co, followed by short stints with Hindustan Unilever Ltd. and Indian Hotels Company Ltd. He brings with him nearly four decades of varied work experience in the Banking & Financial Services domain. Besides being on the board of several HDFC Group companies, he is also on the Board of Torrent Power Ltd., CDC Group (London) and Greatship (India) Ltd. In 1981, he joined Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited (HDFC Ltd.) and was inducted on to the Board of Directors of HDFC Ltd., as an Executive Director in 1993, was appointed as the Managing Director in 2000, as the Vice Chairman & Managing Director in October 2007 and became the Vice Chairman & Chief Executive Officer in January 2010. He has played a critical role in the successful transformation of HDFC into India’s leading financial services conglomerate by facilitating the formation of companies including HDFC Bank Ltd., HDFC Asset Management Company Ltd., HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Ltd. and HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Ltd. He is a Member of Primary Market Advisory committee (PMAC) constituted by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and was a Member of the Corporate Governance Committee constituted by SEBI in 2017. He was also the Chairman of the CII Corporate Governance Committee for 2016-17 and 2017-18. K. Krithivasan, also known as Krithi, took over as the CEO & MD of Tata Consultancy Services on June 1, 2023. In his three-decade plus tenure at TCS, he has held various leadership roles in delivery, customer relationship management, large program management and sales and has a strong track record of successfully leading TCS’ largest industry vertical, the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance business. In his first year as CEO, Krithi sharpened the multinational company’s focus on industries by realigning the organisational structure into key business groups. He further strengthened TCS’ position as a global industry leader by merging its capabilities in artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud computing to form the AI.Cloud unit to cater to evolving customer requirements-- a first by any technology firm. He has steered TCS’ strategy for creating the world’s largest AI ready workforce. As CEO his focus has been on two key pillars: customer centricity and employee empathy. Under Krithi’s leadership, TCS continues to be recognized as a Global Top Employer. He co-chairs the B20 Digital Transformation Taskforce in Brazil and has served as a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) National Council. During his tenure, TCS’ brand value has risen by $2 billion, according to Brand Finance and has been rated as one of the world’s most admired companies by Fortune Magazine. Krithi joined Tata Consultancy Services in 1989 as an assistant system analyst in New Delhi. He moved to North America in 1997, where he was soon promoted to Regional Manager for TCS Florida. In the year 2000, Krithi took over as the e-business delivery head and was promoted in 2004 to head the BFSI Solution Centre. From 2018, he led the unit to achieve double-digit growth driven by strong momentum in all major markets. In his role as the head of the BFSI vertical, Krithi steered TCS’ expansion into high-growth markets such as Latin America, Australia and New Zealand. Born in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, Krithi received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Madras and a master’s degree in industrial and management engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur. He is a proud father of two daughters and attributes his success to his family.
