Post merger the customer base and services of Axtel and Alestra are consolidated into a single operating model which allows Axtel to be more agile due to simplified operations. “The return on investment from this engagement was spectacular. Productivity indexes were improved considerably at the organizational level, overall operating costs as well as costs associated with the managing of multiple platform were lowered and most importantly we were able to ensure that the company was operating in a homologous manner after such a complex and challenging process,” said Trevino.
