For over a decade, TCS has provided strategic support to drive BT Sport's commercial business journey.
BT Sport, a pay television channel in the UK and Ireland, was rebranded as TNT Sports following a joint venture between BT Group and Warner Bros Discovery (WBD). TNT Sports reached out to TCS to help drive their transformation journey, ensuring quality and dedication that exceeded expectations.
Proving to be an important strategic partner during this transition, TCS oversaw the company’s migration of the business and IT processes for the commercial division across the newly formed entity.
TNT Sports wanted to implement architectural consulting, process re-design, independent customer relationship management (CRM), and billing and data platforms to support this migration. To enable this, TCS designed a bespoke CRM system with data modeling and market intelligence infrastructure tailored to TNT Sport’s unique needs. This specialized CRM ecosystem and data infrastructure allowed TNT Sports’ commercial team to maximize customer intelligence and pricing strategies, gaining revenue from commercial opportunities in off-home markets, ensuring scalability.
