To reimagine its employee learning experience, TRIL partnered with TCS to implement EdCast. This learning experience platform empowers organizations with AI-powered skilling capabilities. EdCast has been instrumental in enhancing Tata Realty’s approach to skill readiness and talent development.
Tata Realty employees secured easy access to diverse learning opportunities and personalized learning journeys in alignment with the company’s strategic goals and workforce needs. Web, iOS, and Android applications of the platform went live with a single sign-on. Premium content providers such as LinkedIn Learning were integrated with the platform.
Employee groups such as sales, marketing, and project management were created to push function-specific learning content. Internal content created by the company’s functional teams was also made available to the employees.
Edcast’s AI algorithm enabled analyses of user learning goals, preferences, and skills. Based on this analysis, the platform tailored content and learning paths to every individual’s needs. Integrating AI into learning workflows ensured that the employees received relevant learning recommendations aligned with their work context. Thus, the learning experience was personalized and curated based on user requirements.
Social media features such as like, comment, and share were configured to enable employees to interact with the content and engage in social learning effectively. The dashboards and reports were used to track activities such as course completion and registration.
Employees got access to personalized learning journeys (more than 18,000 courses).
They could access company-sponsored learning opportunities provided by premium content providers such as LinkedIn Learning, Tata Tomorrow University, and Udemy for free and in real time. Due to the mobile-first approach, they could ‘learn on the go.’ This was especially useful for project management and sales teams since they are primarily on-site.
Business analytics helped the learning teams and managers track course completions and registrations and ensure that the individual development plans were on track. The user-friendly interface, along with the presence of social media cues, boosted employee engagement with the platform and enabled Tata Realty to achieve an adoption rate of over 85%.
