Aircrew Competency Ecosystem (ACE) encompasses a competency-based training and assessment framework, evidence-based training readiness, crew performance management, knowledge capital retention structure, data insights, and digital contents such as flight instructor and department process guides.
ACE is unique with its scalable, and customizable forms and supports ground training efficiency and effectiveness.
ACE offers an iPad app with online and offline capabilities, enabling competency assessment and grading based on a configurable competency matrix. It integrates seamlessly with a system that generates performance grades, supported by data analytics and insights.
The aviation industry faces numerous challenges, including manual paper-based processes, limited data capture, and compliance difficulties.
With over a thousand forms based on different aircraft types, training footprints, and regulatory requirements, the need for a streamlined, comprehensive solution became apparent.

The Training Analytics in ACE provides promotion of individual behavioural change in safety attitude through competency-based training and assessment, improve pilots' operations and efficiency, and enhances instructor and evaluator competencies.
With the ACE technology, we innovate the entire pilot training journey to enhance a pilot’s resilience and abilities faster and better. It will help avoid multiple rounds of trainings resulting in cost savings in training and simulator usage.
