HR and talent management functions at Bajaj Finance Limited (BFL) were managed through a host of legacy and stand-alone systems. The systems offered limited self-service, leading to higher turn-around-time for processes, across employee life cycle events from hire to separation, such as claims processing. Disparate processes hindered timely availability of accurate employee information. Information silos restricted access to business insights such as nature of claims and expenses.
