- Foundation service: Enables the creation of a centralized repository by ingesting documents from various sources using batch upload and schedulers. It provides a representational state transfer or REST-based API for integration with an enterprise’s upstream and downstream enterprise applications. Our solution can integrate with third-party document viewer solutions for document annotations, redaction, e-signature, document comparison, bookmark, and document generation based on any template.
- Security and compliance: Enables authentication and authorization. We provide object-level security to perform authorization at various levels, including folders, documents, and repositories. Our solution enables encryption, 24/7 monitoring, and data replication. It can be configured across availability zones and can help enterprises meet Health Insurance Portability Act (HIPAA), Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA), and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements.

Notifications are enabled to inform users when a document is ready for download.
- Advanced GenAI features: These include document summarization, a chat interface for Q&A based on knowledge source, and a “talk to the document” feature that allows users to ask queries and receive responses.
