At Hannover Messe 2025, TCS launched a new report – the TCS Digital Twindex Report: Manufacturing. This report highlights the future of manufacturing, which lies beyond machines and in the intelligent systems that connect them. Digital twins can now be seen evolving from simulation tools into strategic assets. They are enabling businesses to not just respond to change, but to anticipate, adapt, and accelerate disruption. This report explores how digital twin technology—when fused with GenAI, Physical AI, and agentic AI—is reinventing the very idea of manufacturing.

Farid Bichareh, in his session on ‘The intelligence revolution: From data to game-changing decision and action’ explored how advanced data analytics and AI transform decision-making processes and drive impactful actions. In both these sessions, TCS’ experts offered insights on how cutting-edge technologies were transforming business operations and creating a seamlessly connected digital ecosystem.
