His astute leadership has yielded multi-billion-dollar value to customers and expanded TCS' presence across diverse domains. Among Anupam’s notable accomplishments is the digital transformation of a marquee customer's legacy business, which resulted in TCS being awarded the 2016 Digital Innovator of the Year among the customer organization’s partner ecosystem. He has also contributed to TCS’ intellectual property with the IDEA Framework for Contextualized Touch and Believe Point of Views©.

KV Sarma

VP & BU Head Manufacturing – Europe, APAC & MEA

KV Sarma, better known as KV, heads the Europe Manufacturing Industry Solutions Unit (ISU). Manufacturing ISU serves global customers from Automotive, Industrial Equipment & Machinery, Aerospace and Process Industry. As P&L owner for Europe Manufacturing unit, KV is responsible for all Manufacturing customers headquartered in Europe geography and manages customer relationships and delivery globally for these customers. In this role he reports in to the Business Group head for Manufacturing. KV has over 34 years of professional experience working in IT industry and out of which 32 years in TCS. He started his career as technical expert and later shifted to techno-managerial and account management roles. He has managed deliveries for global customers, large programs and customer relationships in Manufacturing, Banking/Financial Services and Transportation Industries. KV is a post graduate in Computer Applications from National Institute of Technology, Warangal which is one of the premier technology institute in India.

Bhuwan Agrawal is Regional Head Central Europe at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). Bhuwan has more than two decades of experience in partnering with leading companies on their growth and transformation journey. He has held various functions at TCS in India, UK and the United States. Bhuwan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Strategy and Finance. During his MBA studies, Bhuwan also attended the EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in Wiesbaden, Germany.

Subhash Sakorikar

Global Head, Industry Excellence Group, Mfg, TCS

Subhash heads Industry Excellence function for Manufacturing Business Group at TCS. Subhash oversees global business and technology transformation programs across the value chain of manufacturing business domains such as – new product Introductions, supply chain, manufacturing operations, and customer experience management. Over the last decade he has heavily focused on digital transformation and evolving new business models for its clients and technology driven transformation. At TCS, he has advised many leading clients in manufacturing and has contributed to various thought leadership journals, published a number of white papers on digital transformation. With over 30 years with TATA group companies, prior to TCS he has played various leadership roles at automotive business and as National Product Manager for Excavators & Backhoe Loaders managing new product launches. He has been deeply involved in product management, marketing, dealer selection and development, Sales and Service force development. Subhash is Graduate in Production Engineering, holds Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and Marketing Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and an advanced diploma Indo-German Production engineering. He is trained at Leadership Development program at Harvard Business School and serves on advisory council of George Washington University. He lives in Troy, MI with his wife and two daughters.
