Tata Consultancy Services’ AI/Machine Learning-Powered Customer Analytics, CDP Software Turns Customer Data into Personalized Interactions and Experiences
NEW YORK, April 29, 2022: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS) has been positioned as a “Major Player” in the IDC MarketScape for Worldwide Customer Data Platforms Focused on Data and Marketing Operations Users 20221 report. The Customer Data Platform Institute was founded by David Raab (who coined the term customer data platform in 2013) to explain the CDP category to potential users, technology companies, media, and others.
