Tata Consultancy Services’ Machine First™ Delivery Model, Secure Borderless Workspaces™ Approach, and Ability to Think Big and Strategically, Cited as Key Strengths
NEW YORK | MUMBAI, February 1, 2021: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS), a leading global IT services, consulting and business solutions organization, has been recognized as a Leader in the Everest Group PEAK Matrix® for Next-generation Application Management Services (AMS)[1]. In an assessment of 24 next-generation AMS providers, TCS was placed highest for Vision and Capability, as well as Market Impact.
According to the report, TCS has established a sound concept around its Secure Borderless Workspaces™ (SBWS™), enabling its teams to deliver seamless next-generation AMS in a WFH model. It goes on to say that TCS’ value proposition of Machine First™ Delivery Model (MFDM™) that ensures resiliency through automation, has been received positively by enterprises. Cited as a key strength is TCS’ ability to think big and strategically regarding its AMS portfolio and its impact on clients’ environment to drive business value.
The report said that TCS’ strong partnership ecosystem consisting of not only popular and niche technology vendors, but also startups and VC funds, helps its AMS portfolio.
