I have been a part of the SLP program since June 2021, and it has been an enriching experience. There is a healthy balance between work and skill development. It felt good as a fresher to be handed prominent roles in engagements, as it provided much needed validation and confidence. The training programs and materials provided also ensure the continuation of the learning process long after graduation. The nature of the work enables building of relationships with various bright minds inside and outside the organization, which feels key to career progression. Hoping eagerly for what’s in store next in the TCS journey.
