In 2007, when I attended a job fair, I had no idea what the future held. However, I seized the opportunity and participated in batch training for helpdesk support, which marked the beginning of my journey with TCS. Over the years, I gained valuable experience working as a Developer.

However, I realized where my true strengths lie - in planning, executing, documenting, and leading initiatives. This realization helped me to take on new roles, where I learned from fantastic professionals and grew through coursework, coaching, and exposure.

Through continuous learning, I was able to reach my current position in delivery management, where I lead sales for TCS Uruguay and represent our branch in multiple client meetings, senior leadership visits, and business proposals.

I am excited for the future and the new chapter that awaits me in TCS Switzerland. This journey has taught me that with hard work and determination, anything is possible.
