Arul Selvan Baskaran is a Delivery Manager with the Telecom Business Process Services (BPS) unit at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). He has over 12 years of BPO experience in managing delivery and project transition in Telecom Domain. Arul has led multiple transition & delivery projects, and was involved in a crucial programs for one of the largest Telecom player in Europe region. Currently, he is focusing on identifying opportunities for adding value to BPS operations and optimizing existing projects for adding values to customer.
