Balakumar Arunachalam is the head of the Business Solutions Unit, North America at Tata Consultancy Services, where he focuses on interoperability technologies and business solutions. Bala advises customers on reinventing business models to drive digital transformation initiatives. He has in-depth expertise in designing and implementing solutions in the areas of SAP, cloud, big data and analytics, artificial intelligence, and operational intelligence. He has been the driving force behind the Business Solutions Lab in Cincinnati, Ohio. His team, comprising of business and technology experts, has been delivering industry-specific business solutions along with demand generation for incremental digital business. Bala lives in Cincinnati, Ohio and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Tamil Nadu Technical Education and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Madurai Kamaraj University.
