Chhaya Shenoy

Chhaya Shenoy is a member of the Networks Solutions & Services unit in TCS serving as an OSS Enterprise Architect and responsible for OSS business for Europe and UK Geography. Her responsibilities include supporting TCS clients on their OSS Transformation and Digitization journeys, driving thought leadership, strategizing and creating architecture roadmaps for the networks of the future.

She has over 20 years of professional experience across multiple customers and multiple domains including Telecom. She has been instrumental in co-innovation, design and development of enterprise architecture, development and deployment of critical business systems across the customer landscape for OSS BSS and IT Enterprise systems, Team grooming and pre-sales solutioning.
