Dan Davis

Dan Davis is a technology strategy and M&A professional with experience in-house and as a consultant for Private Equity, LBO and venture capital firms, focusing on optimizing efficiency and increasing value in target companies. Dan worked with Ernst Young, Centre Partners Management and a municipal bond insurance start-up firm. Dan has acted as technology lead and IT Director in the high-tech, manufacturing, and healthcare fields as operating partner and on-staff executive. Dan has over 20 years of management consulting and industry experience in the M&A, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, and Infrastructure domains. He is a Microsoft-certified Systems Engineer and received his MBA from Columbia Business School.
