Don Hicks

Don Hicks is a consulting partner with the consumer business group unit at TCS, specializing in retail and CPG. He has over 25 years of industry experience across consulting, sales, marketing, operations, business development, and account and product management. His domain expertise includes category management, supply chain visibility, direct store delivery (DSD) operations, shrink management, and analytics.

In his current role, Don spearheads strategic engagements, offering insightful thought leadership and innovative conceptual solutions. With a keen focus on development and execution, Don drives initiatives from conception to successful market implementation.

He holds a BS degree and an MBA in management and data analysis from Texas A&M University.
