Matt Clark

Matt is a consulting partner with TCS’ Retail Business Consulting Services group. He has over 30 years of retail experience and deep knowledge of store operations, project management, commercial and space strategies, and range and display strategies. He has held senior management roles in one of the UK’s largest retailers and has been at the heart of significant change and optimization programs. He works with retailers globally to unearth value end-to-end through the product lifecycle.
