Mounir Merhi

Mounir Merhi is the OSS Consulting Partner and segment head for North America in TCS’ Networks Solutions and Services unit. He works with TCS’ global customers on OSS digital transformation strategies and architecture roadmaps for next-generation networks.

With over 30 years of professional experience, Mounir has worked in telecom labs, communication service providers, and leading technology companies. His areas of expertise lie in systems engineering, enterprise architecture, application integration, pre-sales engineering, software design and development, and deployment of mission-critical OSS, BSS, and IT enterprise systems.
