Roberta Bigliani

Roberta Bigliani is associate vice president and head of Europe, Middle East and Africa for IDC Energy Insights. She joined IDC Energy Insights in 2007, and is responsible for the Worldwide Utilities Smart Customer Operations and all EMEA research-based advisory and consulting services, which provide full coverage of the energy industry value chain including both the utilities and oil & gas segments. Bigliani is a longtime veteran in the utilities and oil and gas industries. Her area of expertise includes business and IT issues relevant to the utilities and oil and gas companies, as well as digital transformation, customer experience, Big Data and Analytics, Internet of Things, IT and Operational Technologies integration. She is based at the IDC Italy office in Milan.
