Director, Customer Experience Transformation, C&SI
As a Director of TCS’s Customer Experience Transformation (CXT) Strategic Offering, Scott works with clients to deliver effective strategies that harness customer centric models for digital transformations. Over the past 20 years, he has advised clients on Customer Experience, CRM, Marketing Operations, Sales Effectiveness, Market and Customer Strategy, Loyalty, and Customer Life-Cycle Management. Scott brings an international perspective, is a champion of innovation delivery, and has led large, diverse professional teams.
Prior to TCS he was at IBM Interactive Experience, Capgemini, and Razorfish. His client work includes, among others, Astellas Pharma, Collins Aerospace, Thomson Reuters, Coca-Cola Refreshments, BMW NA, Honda NA, Subaru, and Disney.
