Senthil Kumar Balraj

Senthil Kumar Balraj is a managing partner for the Retail unit of TCS. In his career spanning over 26 years, he has extensively worked with many retail and consumer goods and distribution companies.

An engineering graduate, Senthil has successfully completed multiple leadership development programs, with the most recent one being from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. He is passionate about engaging with customers and coming up with unique solutions by leveraging his multi-dimensional (domain, technology, delivery, and IT sourcing) knowledge and experience for solving their challenges. He is also passionate about team development and loves seeing people realizing their potential. He is a firm believer in the ‘systems thinking’ approach and not seeing any problem or opportunity in isolation.

Senthil is an active Rotarian. He regularly visits old-age homes and orphanages in his locality along with his club members to provide various services.
