Tariq Allarakha is part of Enterprise Business Operations team of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Business Operations unit. He has over 18 years of experience across a wide range of business processes in Hospitality and Banking industry domains. He is product owner for TCS internal collections platform, CIM - Customer Interaction Management. In his current role, he heads Performance Management, MIS & Revenue delivery for the Collection COE.
