Tim Florendo is a Senior Manager with over 16 years of experience in Operations Management, Consulting, Operational Excellence, Risk Management, Data Modeling, and Product Development. In his stint as lead for Delivery Excellence Group, Tim’s advocacy was ‘to make work easy’ by introducing innovative digitization concepts and new ways of working. He continues to carry on this mission in his role as workforce analytics consultant as he helps organizations make sense of their people data. Tim is a Tata Business Excellence Group Gold-certified DATOM Assessor, a TCS Gold-certified mentor, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a certified Anaplan Level 2 Data Model Builder.
