Varun Patel

Varun, a manager within the TCS – Finance and Shared Services Transformation practice, has worked on various finance transformation-driven projects across multiple industries. He has conducted benchmarking, assessment, and implementation programs that evaluate and redesign end-to-end processes such as order to cash, process to pay, and record to report—driving operational efficiencies, cost saving, and vision for growth. He also has experience redesigning the Chart of Accounts and managing the transformation journey for clients with a multi-national and multi-lingual footprint. Varun’s management consulting experience along with his design and functional expertise provides an effective combination to solve business problems.
