Dutch insurer VIVAT Verzekeringen partners with TCS to drive efficiency and enhance customer experience

Amsterdam, Netherlands – October 16, 2015: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS) a leading global IT services, consulting and business solutions organization, today announced that it has been selected by Dutch insurance firm VIVAT Verzekeringen to help the company deliver greater operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.

TCS will support the life insurance operations of VIVAT Verzekeringen, leveraging its extensive domain experience in servicing insurance companies across Europe, investments in technology tools and Business Process Services. This will enable VIVAT to deliver improved service quality, ensure quicker turnaround times and be better equipped to manage seasonal volume shifts.
